Are you running in Vining? I'm also going to do a 5k on Sept. 12 in D.L. and a 10k in FM on Oct. 10.
Heather - I ended up taking 4-5 weeks off my schedule because of a big toe injury so I had to revise my goals. I was going to do the 1/2 in September but now I am going to do the 10K in Alexandria in September instead. Good luck in Vining!!!! I have yet to do a 5K under 30. I am really not a fast runner but I always feel better when I am running (even if it is slow!). I would join you for the 10K in Fargo though....
